With the aim of ensuring proper crop management, timely guidance, and solutions to crop-related problems, the Atur Agri Limited team conducted a farmer visit in Gadhadiya Village on 11 July, 2026.
During this visit, the farmers’ groundnut fields were inspected to assess the current condition of the crop. Detailed information was gathered regarding crop growth, plant health, soil moisture, disease and pest conditions, and overall crop management practices.
🌿 Guidance on Proper Groundnut Crop Management
Farmers were provided with guidance on the following aspects to ensure healthy growth and higher yield of the groundnut crop:
- Proper management should be carried out to maintain adequate soil moisture in the groundnut field.
- Avoid waterlogging in the field and ensure proper drainage of excess water.
- Regularly monitor the crop and identify disease and pest infestations at an early stage.
- If symptoms such as yellowing of leaves, leaf spots, fungal diseases, or caterpillar infestation are observed, seek timely advice from an agricultural expert.
- Follow balanced fertilizer management according to the crop’s requirements.
- Any pesticide or fertilizer should be used only according to the crop condition, level of disease or pest infestation, and recommended guidelines.
- During rainy weather, avoid waterlogging in the field and continue regular monitoring of the crop.

During the visit, a detailed discussion was held with farmers regarding the groundnut crop. Farmers shared their concerns and questions related to the current crop condition and management practices.
